I started this community because I’m passionate about teaching people to start eating more plants. I want to make cooking fun, easy, and affordable. I cook what I want to eat when I want to eat it. Every recipe can be tailored and changed to fit the mood and be fun. Most of my cooking is created by a series of improvisations, allowing ingredients and taste to lead the way. While it might sound unconventional, there’s always a method to my madness. Many places and people influenced my cooking style, and I love to share those influences with others. I am not a trained chef; instead, I am a woman who loves to cook and get creative in the kitchen.
